At MWC Barcelona 2026, Huawei unveiled its latest Atlas 950 SuperPoD and TaiShan 950 SuperPoD alongside a suite of computing solutions designed for the AI era. The company emphasized its commitment to open source and open collaboration as it seeks to build a resilient computing foundation for global markets.

The Atlas 950 SuperPoD represents a breakthrough in AI infrastructure, connecting up to 8,192 NPUs through Huawei's innovative UnifiedBus interconnect. This architecture delivers ultra-high bandwidth, ultra-low latency, and unified memory addressing, enabling the system to operate as a single logical computer for training, reasoning, and processing massive AI models with trillions of parameters.

Huawei also introduced the TaiShan 950 SuperPoD, the industry's first general-purpose computing SuperPoD, alongside next-generation servers like the TaiShan 500 and TaiShan 200. The company continues championing open source through its openEuler operating system and fully open-sourced CANN heterogeneous compute architecture, supporting communities like PyTorch and vLLM to accelerate developer innovation and ecosystem growth.
