Hooded Horse has announced Vaunted, a tactical RPG developed by Lost Lake Games and its founder James Phinney, a veteran of Blizzard's StarCraft and Guild Wars franchises. Revealed at the Xbox Partner Preview, the game thrusts players into a chaotic galaxy a millennium after the fall of a galactic empire, where mercenaries battle over imperial relics. Players control dysfunctional trio Dyse, Gendril, and Kyvaath, navigating turn-based tactical combat blended with real-time action, squad management, and deep RPG mechanics where death offers a chance to rewrite events. PC release via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store includes full localization into ten languages.
