Two Cakes Studio and StartImpulse have announced Fight Life: Vanguard, a tactical turn-based RPG set in a dark fantasy pixel-art world, will launch on Steam April 10, 2026. The final playtest runs until April 1, featuring expanded content and a 60-90 minute demo that lets players experience the combat system and story progression.

Players can experiment with three of five character tiers to build their starting party and test different tactical approaches. The game supports 13 languages including English, Japanese, German, French, and Chinese, allowing players to enjoy the narrative and complex tactical explanations in their native language.

Set in a war-torn world, Fight Life: Vanguard challenges players to lead a squad against darkness while following a forgotten god's final attempt to save humanity. The game combines classic turn-based combat with modern design, rewarding strategic planning as green recruits evolve into legendary heroes through four story chapters.
