Elgato has partnered with Voicemod to bring native voice effects directly into its Wave Link and Stream Deck platforms. Gamers can now apply voice changers as VST effects in Wave Link without running the Voicemod app separately, while creators can install soundboards directly to Stream Deck and route them to any audio mix.

This integration eliminates the need to route audio through multiple applications. Previously, users had to pass microphone audio through Voicemod, then Wave Link, then into apps like Discord or OBS Studio. Now, voice changers run natively inside Wave Link as VST effects, making the process faster and more reliable. These effects can also be applied to any audio channel—not just microphones—allowing users to modify incoming voice chat or other audio sources.

The collaboration marks a significant step in streamlining audio workflows for creators. With Wave Link now free to use with any microphone or interface, and soundboards optimized for Stream Deck layouts, Elgato and Voicemod are making professional-grade audio tools more accessible than ever. Both voice changers and soundboards are available today on Windows and macOS.
