According to Trend Force statistics, the global DRAM module market generated $21.2 billion in revenue in 2025, up 59% YoY, a significant acceleration from the 7% growth recorded in 2024. Rising prices and concentrated shipments in the second half drove growth. In early 2025, module makers increased DDR4 inventories spurred by tariffs and EOL plans. In the latter half, North American and Chinese CSPs increased server DRAM orders for agentic AI applications, limiting allocations for PC and consumer applications and driving prices higher.

The top five global DRAM module makers accounted for 77% of total market revenue. Market leader Kingston maintained a dominant 62% share, achieving 48% YoY revenue growth. ADATA ranked second with revenue rising 82% YoY. Third-ranked Ramaxel surged 153% YoY, the highest growth rate, expanding strategic RDIMM partnerships with domestic DRAM suppliers and CSPs.

Kimtigo ranked fourth with 20% growth, while Team Group ranked fifth. Patriot Memory took sixth with 89% revenue growth, and Innodisk placed seventh with 132% growth, boosted by edge AI projects. Module makers adjusted portfolios toward DDR5 and expanded into industrial and enterprise server product lines.
