Cooler Master launched its V8 ACE 3DHP, a single-tower CPU air cooler featuring the company's 3D Heat Pipe (3DHP) technology. This new design aims to improve heat transfer from high-performance processors, addressing the increasing power demands of modern CPUs without the bulk of dual-tower coolers. Cybenetics, an independent testing lab, validated the cooler's performance, noting it leads all single-tower air coolers in its database and ranks second overall against larger dual-tower designs.

The V8 ACE 3DHP utilizes a hybrid layout with two 3DHP heat pipes and four conventional heat pipes. This configuration enhances heat distribution and fin utilization, delivering performance comparable to dual-tower coolers within a more compact footprint. The cooler is available in platform-optimized Intel and AMD versions, supporting a range of sockets including LGA 1851/1700 and AM5/AM4 respectively, ensuring improved contact and heat transfer for specific processor families.

Visually, it adopts a non-LED industrial design inspired by V8 engines, emphasizing raw thermal performance. Other features include dual 120 x 30 mm PWM LCP fans with Loop Dynamic Bearings and a six-year warranty. Cooler Master positions the V8 ACE 3DHP as a consumer product leveraging its extensive thermal engineering experience across various industries. This release signals a move towards more efficient, compact cooling solutions for demanding desktop systems.
