Akasa has introduced the AK-CC7409BP01, a compact 29.5mm-tall CPU cooler designed for space-constrained systems. The cooler supports Intel's 12th-14th Gen Core processors (LGA1700) and Intel Core Ultra Series 2 (LGA1851) up to 125W TDP. Its copper vapor chamber technology efficiently dissipates heat in applications where vertical clearance is limited.

The cooler's sealed two-phase heat transfer process rapidly spreads heat laterally across the chamber surface, reducing hot spots and improving thermal efficiency. A UL-certified side blower fan generates up to 28.04mm-H₂O static pressure to expel heat effectively. PWM control from 1200 to 5500 RPM enables thermally responsive operation, while dual ball bearings support an 80,000-hour fan life expectancy.

Applications include 1U rackmount servers, edge computing nodes, industrial PCs, medical imaging equipment, digital signage systems, and network appliances. Spring-loaded screw mounting ensures consistent pressure and vibration tolerance, while pre-applied thermal interface material simplifies installation. The AK-CC7409BP01 starts at £51.80/€49.80 and will be available from Q2 2026 across major regions.
