Arm posted record financial results for Q4 and the full 2026 fiscal year, ending March 31. Quarterly revenue hit $1.49 billion, while total 2026 revenue reached $4.92 billion, marking the third straight year of over 20% growth since the IPO. Royalty income topped $2.61 billion, driven by smartphones, Edge AI, Physical AI and a more than double increase in cloud AI royalties.

At the March 24 Arm Everywhere conference the company unveiled the Arm AGI CPU, its first production silicon built for agentic AI. Benchmarks claim more than twice the performance per rack of comparable x86 systems, potentially shaving up to $10 billion in capital costs per gigawatt. Meta leads the partnership, and orders from OEMs such as ASRock, Lenovo and Supermicro total over $2 billion for fiscal years 2027‑28.

Arm counts more than 50 partners—including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft and NVIDIA—in its push to deliver a compute stack from edge devices to data centers. Half of the hyperscaler CPU market already runs Arm silicon, letting customers migrate workloads without rewriting software, a claim that underpins deals with SAP, Cloudflare and SK Telecom. The quarter’s results cement Arm’s transition from IP licensor to provider.
