At CES 2026, ADATA showcased a significant leap in storage technology, focusing on next-generation flash memory and embedded solutions. The highlight is their new SDXC card utilizing the SD 8.0 form-factor with SD Express. By leveraging a PCIe Gen 3 x2 and NVMe 1.3 interface, this card achieves impressive sequential speeds up to 1.6 GB/s read and 1.2 GB/s write, powered by an SMI SM2708 controller.

They also introduced a microSDXC card based on the SD 7.1 standard, offering speeds up to 800 MB/s and full compatibility with the Nintendo Switch 2. Moving to embedded markets, ADATA revealed the EPOP51C, a package combining eMMC and LPDDR4X memory for SoCs, alongside high-performance UFS 3.1 modules capable of 2.2 GB/s reads. These advancements are critical for AI-driven devices and high-resolution mobile applications, signaling a shift toward faster, more integrated storage architectures.
