Acer expanded its laptop lineup with two new Snapdragon-powered machines targeting different market segments. The Swift Spin 14 AI joins the premium convertible category with Qualcomm's latest processors, while the Aspire Go 15 represents a more affordable mainstream option built around the new Snapdragon C platform. These releases strengthen Acer's position in the Windows on ARM ecosystem.

The Swift Spin 14 AI convertible features Snapdragon X2 Elite or X2 Plus chips with 80 TOPS NPU for on-device AI processing. It supports up to three external 4K displays and delivers impressive battery life—up to 23 hours for video playback and 16.5 hours for web browsing. The device includes a 14-inch touch display, 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory, and up to 1 TB SSD storage in a 15.9mm aluminum chassis.

For budget-conscious buyers, the Aspire Go 15 offers essential performance with the Snapdragon C processor, 8 GB RAM, and 512 GB storage. It features a 15.6-inch display with narrow bezels, Wi-Fi 6E connectivity, and eco-friendly construction using recycled materials. Both laptops ship as Windows 11 Copilot+ PCs with on-device AI capabilities.

The Swift Spin 14 AI launches in North America this August, with EMEA availability in July and Australia in Q3. Acer's move signals growing momentum for ARM-based Windows laptops as Qualcomm pushes beyond traditional x86 territory. These devices give consumers more choice in an emerging category dominated by Microsoft's Surface line.
