Genesis has unveiled its production GV90 electric SUV, based on the Neolum concept from a couple of years ago. The luxury vehicle maintains the concept's handsome design language and clean lines.

The GV90 uses the same 800 V E-GMP platform as the Hyundai Ioniq 9 and Kia EV8. At launch, Genesis is focusing on the four-seat GV90 and the high-end GV90 Neolum variants, though a three-row, seven-seat version will eventually join the lineup.

The GV90 Neolum faithfully translates most of the concept features, including the pillarless coach doors called the Neolum Arch Gate. These dramatic doors have been engineered to meet all safety requirements for volume production.

All GV90 models include the world's first roof airbag for rollover protection, along with 12 total airbags throughout the interior. The vehicle also features a retractable screen, large heads-up display, and optional VIP interior configurations.
