Hampshire Hawks face Northamptonshire Steelbacks in the T20 Blast final at Edgbaston, chasing an unprecedented fourth title. Hampshire beat Notts Outlaws by 27 runs in the semi-final, powered by Joe Weatherley's unbeaten 88, while Northants secured a 17-run win over defending champions Somerset. The Hawks opted to bowl first at 18:45 BST.

Joe Weatherley leads the tournament with 516 runs, behind only Warwickshire's Beau Webster (578). Chris Lynn, facing his former side, averages over 50 with 514 runs. Hampshire's Scott Currie has claimed 24 wickets, three shy of leader Hasan Ali, while Northants' James Sales and Calvin Harrison have combined for 43 wickets this season.

Play began with Chris Wood opening for Hampshire. Chris Lynn fell for 4, caught at short fine leg off Sonny Baker's 92mph delivery. Nathan Mc Sweeney and Ricardo Vasconcelos steadied the Steelbacks, with Vasconcelos racing to 28* off 19 balls including three boundaries in one over. Northants reached 49-1 after five overs.

Under coach Darren Lehmann, Northants have returned to consecutive Finals Days for the first time since 2016, when they won their second title. Hampshire defeated them in last year's semi-final thanks to Lynn's unbeaten 108. The winner of the second semi-final has claimed 14 of 23 previous finals.
