Northamptonshire secured their place in the T20 Blast quarter-finals with a commanding victory over Glamorgan. Chris Lynn's century, supported by quickfire 25s from Ricardo Vasconcelos and Saif Zaib, powered Northants to 217-7. Ben Kellaway took 3-22 for Glamorgan, but their chase faltered after a strong start, with Calvin Harrison (3-20) and Zaib (2-27) leading the bowling attack as Glamorgan were dismissed for 164.

Elsewhere, Somerset kept their slim hopes of progressing alive with a win against Derbyshire. Will Smeed's 89 anchored Somerset's 214-6, and despite Aneurin Donald's rapid 65, Derbyshire fell short at 187-7. Daniel Sams took 3-29 for Somerset.

Surrey are on the brink of qualification after Jason Roy's 103 guided them to a successful chase against Sussex. Roy's century, his fifth in the Blast, saw Surrey reach their target of 177. Finally, Middlesex kept their own faint hopes alive with a win over Hampshire, limiting the group leaders to 159-4 and chasing it down with Max Holden scoring 62 and Ben Geddes finishing 44 not out.
