Derek McInnes believes Rangers are "playing with fire" after being left with a shortage of options in defence. Tuur Rommens will be out for up to 8 weeks after suffering a groin strain in the defeat to Hibernian, while Youssef Chermiti is ruled out for a "significant period" with an ACL injury in the same game.\n\nAmid a winless start to the season, McInnes admitted his squad needs "help" as the club look to add in full-back, winger and forward areas. Couhaib Driouech is set to join for a fee of around £6.5m from PSV. "We don't have an array of options defensively. We don't have a left-footed defender in the building," McInnes said.\n\nRangers have taken just one point from their opening two Premiership games and trail 2-1 from the first leg of their Europa League qualifier against Jagiellonia Bialystok. "We understand that it's not always going to be sunshine and rainbows," McInnes added, stressing the need to "work really swiftly in recruitment."
