Gerwyn Price claimed his first Premier League nightly win of the season with a 6-3 victory over Michael van Gerwen in Antwerp. The Welshman defeated Gian van Veen and Jonny Clayton earlier in the evening to reach the final, while Van Gerwen knocked out world No 1 Luke Littler 6-4 in the semi-finals.

Price opened the final with a 167 checkout on the bullseye, followed by a stunning 160 finish to level after falling 2-0 behind. The 39-year-old then pulled away with an 82 combination finish and D10 to establish a two-leg advantage. Despite missed match darts, Price converted when it mattered most, securing the £10,000 winner's prize and five points in the league table.

Littler's night ended in the semi-finals after a dramatic quarter-final against defending champion Luke Humphries. The 19-year-old survived three match darts to defeat Humphries 6-5 in a last-leg thriller featuring 14 maximums. Van Gerwen earlier beat Josh Rock 6-2, while Clayton mounted a comeback from 4-0 down to eliminate Stephen Bunting 6-4. Price, who reached the Players Championship final earlier in the week, believes he's playing some of the best darts of his career and expects major success to follow.
