The tour continues through February and early March with stops in Berlin, Newcastle, Belfast, and Cardiff, before moving to Nottingham and Dublin. Antwerp's AFAS Dome hosts the eighth night on March 25, marking the Premier League's second successive year in Belgium.

The season progresses through April with events in Brighton, Manchester, Rotterdam, and Liverpool. Birmingham stages the final April event, followed by Leeds, Aberdeen, and Sheffield to conclude the league phase. The season culminates in Finals Night at The O2 in London on Thursday May 27, where the top four players compete for the title.
