The NFL has unveiled its most ambitious international schedule yet for the 2026 season, with a record-breaking nine games spanning seven countries. London will host three fixtures—two at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and one at Wembley—while the league makes its debut in Melbourne, Rio de Janeiro, and Paris. This represents the most expansive international slate in league history.

The opening game kicks off in Melbourne on September 10, with the San Francisco 49ers facing the Los Angeles Rams at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The following week, the Baltimore Ravens take on the Dallas Cowboys at Rio's iconic Maracanã Stadium. Tottenham hosts its first game in Week 4 featuring the Indianapolis Colts versus Washington Commanders, followed by the defending champion Philadelphia Eagles playing the Jacksonville Jaguars on October 11.

The international slate continues with the Houston Texans meeting the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley on October 18, then shifts to Paris where the Pittsburgh Steelers face the New Orleans Saints at Stade de France. Week 9 brings the Cincinnati Bengals to Madrid's Bernabéu Stadium against the Atlanta Falcons, followed by the New England Patriots versus Detroit Lions in Munich the following week. The final international game lands in Mexico City on November 22, with the Minnesota Vikings taking on the San Francisco 49ers at Estadio Banorte.

Peter O'Reilly, NFL executive vice president of club business, major events and international, said: "The 2026 NFL season will feature our most expansive and ambitious international slate yet, with regular season games spanning Melbourne, Rio de Janeiro, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich and Mexico City."
