Lewis Hamilton revealed he will take frustrations with Ferrari's in-race management "offline" after the Dutch Grand Prix. Hamilton described his Sunday at Zandvoort as "definitely frustrating" after he was unable to pass Mercedes' George Russell for third place in the closing laps. The seven-time world champion's irritation peaked on team radio when he caught up with teammate Charles Leclerc.

Hamilton pointed out he was quicker with better tyres, but Ferrari opted against reversing the car order. This led to Hamilton barking: "We are just losing time!" and later sarcastically commenting: "A great way of wasting time guys, good job." He finished fourth, behind Russell, who Mercedes instructed to let Kimi Antonelli through when the Italian caught him on fresher rubber. Hamilton noted the decisive team tactics were not lost on him, contrasting Mercedes' immediate execution with Ferrari's apparent hesitation.

Although Ferrari were outqualified by McLaren and Mercedes, their longer-run pace was impressive, and Hamilton praised the latest SF-26 upgrades. He admitted they are chipping away at a three to five tenth straight-line deficit. Hamilton reiterated his goal to lead Ferrari to the championship, insisting the team must address the strategic gaps to compete at the front.
