Jeeno Thitikul cruised to a four-shot victory at the Mizuho Americas Open in New Jersey, finishing at 13 under par. The Thai star took a two-shot lead into Sunday and carded a final-round 69, mixing four birdies with one bogey to pull clear of Ruoning Yin, who started four shots back and got within one with three holes to play before a costly bogey on the 16th. Yin finished solo second despite two bogeys on the back nine.

The triumph marked Thitikul's ninth career LPGA Tour title and second of the season, following her win at the Honda LPGA Thailand in February. More significantly, the victory narrows the gap on world No. 1 Nelly Korda in the rankings. Alison Lee, Gaby Lopez, and Jenny Bae shared third place at eight under, while Saki Baba recorded her first career ace on the LPGA Tour, holing out from 153 yards with a seven-iron at the par-three seventh.

The LPGA Tour now shifts to Ohio for the Kroger Queen City Championship, beginning Thursday at Maketewah Country Club, with Charley Hull returning as the defending champion.
