Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner has sparked uncertainty about his future at the club after telling fans to "stay humble" following growing discontent. The Austrian, who is set to leave at season's end, faced chants of "sacked in the morning" from travelling supporters during Thursday's 1-1 draw at Zrinjski Mostar in the Conference League.

Glasner's comments came amid a disastrous run of form, with Palace winning just once in their last 15 games. The manager admitted he's "not good enough" to cope with the departures of key players Marc Guehi and Eberechi Eze, acknowledging responsibility for the team's struggles. "I am just not good enough to replace the players we sold," Glasner stated bluntly.

Despite the current turmoil, Glasner reminded everyone of his achievements, including last season's FA Cup victory and Community Shield win - Palace's first major trophies in club history. With 32 points from 26 Premier League games, the team's current standing would have been celebrated in nine of the previous ten seasons. However, heightened expectations following recent success have left fans frustrated as Palace's season spirals, with Glasner appearing resigned about seeing out his contract.
