The Seattle Kraken ownership group, led by Samantha Holloway, announced Monday the creation of One Roof Sports and Entertainment, which will oversee a growing portfolio of properties. The group has entered an agreement to purchase additional equity in Climate Pledge Arena from Oak View Group, making them the majority owners while OVG retains a minority stake.

"We're committed to this community," Holloway stated, explaining that the parent brand consolidates everything from their privately financed arena to the Kraken organization. The transition has been in the works for several months and coincides with the upcoming NBA board of governors meeting in New York this week.

One Roof Sports and Entertainment will manage the Kraken, Climate Pledge Arena, the Kraken Community Iceplex, and the organization's interests in the Coachella Valley Firebirds of the AHL and Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California. The move allows the Kraken to consolidate operations and positions the organization for future expansion opportunities across multiple sports and entertainment venues.
