Puka Nacua Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged Antisemitic Comment

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua is facing a civil lawsuit from Madison Atiabi, who alleges he made an antisemitic remark and physically assaulted her. The lawsuit claims Nacua said "f--- all the Jews" on New Year's Eve in Century City, causing her immediate emotional distress due to her Jewish faith.

Atiabi's court filing alleges Nacua also "forcibly" bit her on the shoulder, leaving teeth marks, and bit her friend's thumb with enough force to cause screaming. She initially sought a temporary restraining order, but that request was denied. A hearing is scheduled for April 14.

The lawsuit comes just months after Nacua apologized in December for performing an antisemitic gesture during a livestream with internet streamers. The Rams condemned antisemitism at that time, stating "there is no place in this world for antisemitism." Nacua's attorney denies the current allegations, calling them "blackmail" and threatening a defamation lawsuit against Atiabi.
