Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry, entering his 11th NFL season, stated he is not contemplating retirement. "My mindset is how can I get better, so we can be the best team we can be. I haven't thought about retirement at all," Henry said after practice.

At 32 years old, Henry ranks 10th on the NFL's career rushing list and needs 6,236 yards to surpass Emmitt Smith. While it's a challenging age for running backs, Henry expressed his love for the game. "I love the game and once I feel like that love is gone, then I'll hang it up," he said.

In two seasons with the Ravens, Henry has rushed for 3,516 yards. Offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley noted Henry's durability, while coach Jesse Minter praised his work ethic. Henry's primary focus remains on pursuing a championship, a goal he has had since joining the league.
