He brings elite rebounding ability to Boston, having averaged 7.5 points and 8.0 rebounds in just under 24 minutes per game during his eight-year Knicks tenure.

Robinson's 4.2 offensive rebounds per game ranked second in the NBA this season, showcasing his value as a glass-cleaner. His 60 appearances marked a career-high in games played since 2022-23, as injuries had previously limited his availability. The center became instrumental in New York's title run despite missing time with a broken right pinky finger between the Eastern Conference finals and NBA Finals.
