The Dodgers, holders of the majors' best record, are getting healthier. Enrique Hernandez was activated Tuesday, Edwin Diaz is expected Wednesday, Blake Snell could return next week, and Will Smith has started baseball activities. But Shohei Ohtani's pitching status remains in question. Ohtani, 32, hasn't pitched since July 3 and hasn't thrown in six days due to left knee discomfort. Manager Dave Roberts said the longer he's away, the likelier he'll need to build up from scratch.

Snell, who has made one start this season, is scheduled for a final rehab start Wednesday. Tyler Glasnow, out since early May with back spasms, will face hitters the same day.
