Breanna Stewart scored 19 points and Napheea Collier added 12 as the U.S. women's basketball team bounced back from a poor shooting performance to beat Czechia 105-64 on Monday. Stewart, who missed her first eight shots against Italy on Sunday, made 8-of-11 field goals in just 17 minutes. The Americans led 29-15 after the first quarter and 57-33 at halftime.

Coach Kara Lawson credited her veterans for setting the tone. The U.S. extended its winning streak to 33 games in the tournament, dating back to a 2006 semifinal loss. Czechia finished winless in pool play.

In other games, China beat Italy, Germany topped Mali, Belgium defeated Australia, Puerto Rico edged Turkey, France routed Nigeria, Spain beat Japan, and Hungary slipped past Korea.
