Raul Rosas Jr. engineered a late comeback to win his sixth straight fight Saturday in the UFC Fight Night main event in Las Vegas, but attention quickly turned to opponent Raoni Barcelos, who lost consciousness after a fifth-round takedown and was stretchered from the cage.

Barcelos was transported to a Las Vegas hospital, where his coach Davi Ramos later posted on social media that his fighter was doing well. "Everything is fine, everyone can stay calm," Ramos wrote in a post translated from Portuguese. "He went to get a CT scan now. We're here waiting for him."

Trailing on all three scorecards entering the final round, Rosas (13-1) came out aggressively. During a clinch against the fence, he slammed Barcelos to the mat. Referee Herb Dean saw Barcelos appeared unconscious and waved off the bout at 1:38 of the round. Barcelos (22-6) remained on the canvas until carried from the cage.

"I want everybody tonight to please pray for Raoni Barcelos," a visibly shaken Rosas said in his postfight interview. At 39, Barcelos is 17 years older than Rosas, the widest age gap in UFC main event history.
