The NFL Players Association released its 2026 report cards grading all 32 teams on various aspects of player experience, from locker room conditions to coaching quality. ESPN obtained the results of this annual survey, which collected responses from 1,759 players who were on 2025 rosters between November 2 and December 11.

Miami Dolphins and Pittsburgh Steelers ranked at opposite ends of the spectrum in this year's survey. The Dolphins received top marks for their nutritionist/dietician services and strength coaches, while the Steelers scored poorly in multiple categories including treatment of families and team ownership. The survey evaluates teams on 17 different criteria, including home game field conditions, food quality, training facilities, and coaching performance.

Among the most notable findings, several teams received failing grades in key areas. The Arizona Cardinals earned an F in locker room conditions and team ownership, while the Cincinnati Bengals scored F-minus in treatment of families and food services. The comprehensive grading system provides unprecedented insight into the behind-the-scenes operations of each franchise and how they compare across the league.
