Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao will meet again in a professional boxing rematch on Sept. 19 at the Sphere in Las Vegas. The fight will be streamed globally on Netflix, marking the streaming giant's second major boxing event after the Jake Paul-Mike Tyson clash.

The announcement comes just days after Mayweather declared his intention to return from retirement following his 2026 exhibition against Mike Tyson. Pacquiao, who came out of retirement last July, will face Ruslan Provodnikov in an exhibition on April 18 at the Thomas & Mack Center. The rematch will be produced by EverWonder Studio, Hidden Empire and Limitless X Holdings, with promotion handled by Manny Pacquiao Promotions and Mayweather Promotions.

While the fight won't have the opportunity to break pay-per-view records, landing on Netflix will make it available to over 325 million subscribers globally. The 2015 bout between these rivals shattered several boxing records, including 4.6 million pay-per-view buys and $410 million in revenue. With both fighters competing professionally again, Pacquiao will look to be the first to blemish Mayweather's perfect record.
