The Buffalo Bills have agreed to a four-year, $52 million contract with center Connor McGovern, sources confirmed to ESPN. The deal includes $32 million guaranteed and keeps the 28-year-old veteran off the free agent market just before the signing period begins.

McGovern has started at center for the Bills the past two seasons after transitioning from left guard. In 2025, he ranked fifth in the NFL with a 97.2% pass block win rate and allowed six sacks, according to TruMedia. The Bills prioritized retaining their center despite knowing the market could drive up his price.

This signing provides offensive line stability for Buffalo, with four of five projected starters now under contract. Left guard David Edwards remains the lone potential offseason departure. McGovern has played in at least 14 games every season of his six-year career, though injuries limited him to 29 starts over three seasons with the Dallas Cowboys before joining Buffalo in 2022.
