Saints defensive tackle Bryan Bresee will undergo season-ending surgery to repair a torn ACL, coach Kellen Moore told reporters Sunday. (REF:1) San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall is expected to have surgery on a nagging PCL injury that dates back to last season and will be out for the year, general manager John Lynch told reporters.
