All-Star Game Updates and Snubs

The MLB All-Star Game is seeing significant player movement. Shohei Ohtani due to left knee irritation and will miss the midsummer classic. Athletics first baseman Nick Kurtz was placed on the injured list with a thumb sprain, sidelining him from his All-Star selection. Brewers pitcher Jacob Misiorowski because of arm fatigue. Meanwhile, Phillies ace Zack Wheeler, stating he felt "disrespected" by previous snubs. The Mets' Bo Bichette remains out of the lineup with leg and ankle soreness and may miss time through the All-Star break.

Emerging Talent and Recent Performances
