Blockbuster Trades Shake Up MLB Landscape

The Los Angeles Dodgers have sent shockwaves through baseball with the acquisition of ace pitcher Tarik Skubal in a significant trade. Dodgers president Scott Harris dismissed the notion that Detroit should have waited until the deadline to trade Skubal, stating that "That's not how markets for the top players work." Skubal himself commented on the move, saying he doesn't "really sympathize with people that blame the Dodgers for anything they've done," adding, "Every team could trade for me."
