NFL Quarterback & Roster Moves
The Minnesota Vikings confirmed Thursday they secured quarterback depth by agreeing to terms with veteran Carson Wentz on a one-year contract, adding an experienced arm as the team navigates a critical year at the signal-caller position. While the Vikings bolstered their roster, other teams continue to finalize offseason positioning, exemplified by the Washington Commanders still targeting key acquisitions, specifically needing help at wide receiver, cornerback, and center after initial free agency moves. These personnel adjustments are being scrutinized across the league, where analysts have already ranked the top 16 free agency deals, assigning 'A' grades to only a select few signings and trades made over the preceding weeks.
