Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs was placed on the commissioner exempt list, removing him from the 53-man roster and prohibiting practice or game attendance. The Packers acquired running back Kaleb Johnson from the Pittsburgh Steelers in a trade, as Jacobs' status creates depth concerns.
