VITL, a Nashville-based startup, has secured $7.5 million in Series A funding led by SignalFire. Founded just 18 months ago by Charlie Jordan, the company develops an e-prescribing platform tailored for cash-pay medical businesses. Their software addresses a critical bottleneck in the rapidly growing sector of med-spas, weight loss clinics, and concierge practices where patients pay membership fees for direct physician access.

The platform connects clinics to a nationwide network of compounding pharmacies, offering real-time price comparisons and order tracking. VITL claims to shorten prescription management from several minutes to just seconds, saving clinics up to two full workdays monthly. Already, the company has onboarded more than 630 clinics and generates eight figures in annualized recurring revenue, demonstrating strong market adoption.

VITL competes with industry giants like Surescripts and boutique platforms such as Jane Software. Their differentiator lies in singular focus on cash-pay medical workflows. With increasing interest in GLP-1 drugs, peptides, and aesthetic procedures driving expansion of cash-pay healthcare businesses, VITL's specialized position positions them well for continued growth in this evolving market.
