London-based Inforcer has raised $50 million in a Series C funding round led by Insight Partners. This funding underscores the growing demand for solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) navigate the complexities of AI and evolving security risks.

Inforcer provides software for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to manage Microsoft 365 accounts for their SMB clients. With the increasing sophistication of cyber threats and the rise of AI, many SMBs are relying more on MSPs, who in turn require robust infrastructure. Inforcer has seen significant growth, raising a total of $110 million in 18 months and experiencing 300% year-over-year business growth.

The company is investing heavily in product development, including Shadow AI detection and threat response tools. Co-founder and CEO Jamie Daum highlighted the rapid evolution of cyber threats, noting that AI is being used to automate attacks and craft more convincing phishing attempts. Inforcer aims to expand its U.S. presence and is shifting to a per-user pricing model for its new threat-detection tools, with potential for consumption-based models as AI integration deepens.
