A team of cybersecurity veterans has raised $34 million to launch JetStream Security, a startup tackling the growing challenge of enterprise AI governance. The San Francisco-based company, founded by former CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and Cohesity executives, aims to help organizations monitor and control AI systems as adoption accelerates.

Their solution centers on AI Blueprints, real-time visualization tools that map AI activity across an organization. These dashboards track which agents are running, what data they access, and who initiated each action. The platform also monitors costs and flags unusual behavior, addressing concerns about shadow AI where employees use unauthorized tools.

The funding round was led by Redpoint Ventures with participation from the Falcon Fund and notable investors including CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz and Wiz CEO Assaf Rappaport. With global AI spending projected to reach $650 billion this year, the founders argue that AI adoption is fundamentally a trust issue rather than a technology challenge.
