Revolut cofounder and CEO Nik Storonsky is in talks for a new share deal that would increase his stake if the fintech reaches a $500bn valuation, according to Financial Times reports. This follows a previous agreement where Storonsky's ownership would rise by several percentage points upon hitting a $150bn valuation.

In a December interview, Storonsky confirmed holding a 29% stake, with an additional 10% increase possible if Revolut reaches $200bn. Recent reports valued the financial superapp at $115bn during its latest employee secondary share sale.

Revolut is currently targeting a $200bn valuation for a potential 2028 IPO. The company has not yet responded to requests for comment.
