Revolut has reportedly achieved a $115bn valuation through a secondary share sale for its employees. This offering values each share at $2,017, according to an internal staff message obtained by Bloomberg. A Revolut spokesperson confirmed the secondary sale is in progress but declined to comment on specifics while it is ongoing.

This valuation follows earlier speculation that the fintech company was considering a share sale in the latter half of the year, aiming for a valuation around $100bn. The current $115bn figure brings Revolut closer to its ambitious $200bn target for a potential listing in 2028.

The secondary sale could significantly increase the personal stake of CEO and cofounder Nik Storonsky, potentially adding another 10% if specific valuation goals are met. This move follows Revolut's previous secondary sale in November, which valued the company at $75bn, a substantial increase from its $45bn valuation the prior year.
