Digital bank Revolut has significantly boosted its valuation to $115 billion, a substantial increase from its previous valuation of $75 billion late last year. This surge follows a secondary share sale where shares were priced at $2,017 each, according to an internal message from CEO Nik Storonsky.

The transaction marks approximately a 50% increase in Revolut's valuation since its last secondary sale in late 2025. This new valuation positions Revolut as Europe’s most valuable startup, surpassing the market value of U.K. bank Barclays, which stands at roughly $95 billion.

Revolut, founded in 2015, has become a prominent private company to exceed a $100 billion valuation, joining the ranks of other tech giants like Open AI and Anthropic. The company recently obtained a full U.K. banking license, enabling it to offer protected deposit accounts, loans, and overdrafts, expanding its service offerings beyond its previous restricted license.
