HappyRobot raised $150m in a Series C round led by Prysm Capital and Eurazeo, with backers A16z, Base10, Y Combinator, T. Capital, Orange and Endeavor Catalyst. The funding values the startup at $1.2bn and pushes European AI agent funding this year past €7.85bn, surpassing last year’s €6.2bn total.

The company helps enterprises build, deploy and manage AI agents across complex workflows, serving over 150 businesses such as DHL and Uber. Originally focused on logistics, HappyRobot is now expanding into insurance, energy, telecommunications and airlines. This capital came just 11 months after a $44m raise and will be used to enhance AI capabilities and grow engineering, deployment and go‑to‑market teams.

Founded in 2022 in Madrid by CEO Pablo Palafox, COO Javi Palafox and CTO Luis Paarup, HappyRobot now has offices across North America, Europe, LATAM and Australia. CEO Palafox stresses that enterprise superintelligence requires more than task‑performing agents, aiming for collective learning between agents and people.
