AI, robotics and e-commerce dominated this week's biggest startup funding rounds, with three U.S. companies each securing $500 million. Quince, an affordable luxury e-commerce platform, led the pack with a $500 million Series E round that values the 8-year-old company at $10.1 billion. Nexthop AI and Mind Robotics also raised $500 million each, highlighting investor enthusiasm for AI infrastructure and industrial automation.

AI networking and software creation platforms attracted significant capital as well. Replit raised $400 million at a $9 billion valuation, tripling its worth in just six months. Robotics startups Rhoda AI and Sunday secured $450 million and $165 million respectively, while cybersecurity firm Kai brought in $125 million for its AI-powered platform. The diversity of sectors represented shows investors are betting big across multiple high-growth categories.

European startups claimed the week's largest rounds, with Nscale raising $2 billion and Advanced Machine Intelligence securing $1.03 billion. The latter, co-founded by AI pioneer Yann LeCun, aims to develop 'world models' that learn from physical environments. This global funding surge underscores how AI and robotics continue to attract massive investment, with investors willing to back companies at all stages from stealth mode to established platforms.
