The New York-based manager, which won its first PERE Award just last year, secured victories in the Data Center Investor of the Year, Global; Retail Investor of the Year; and Net Lease Investor of the Year, Global categories. This haul included the $27-$29 billion acquisition of IPI Partners and a joint venture with Meta for a $7 billion data center in Louisiana. The firm's $7 billion Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure Fund III also closed in May, underscoring its aggressive capital formation strategy in data centers.
