Ares Management has successfully raised approximately $5.4 billion across its US and European value-add real estate strategies, capitalizing on a recovering property market. The fundraising includes the final closes of its US value-add fund, which reached a $3.1 billion hard cap, and its European property strategy, which secured approximately $1.9 billion in commitments. Including related vehicles, the US strategy attracted around $3.5 billion of total capital, demonstrating robust investor appetite for real estate opportunities during market recovery.

The substantial capital will be deployed across high-conviction sectors including logistics, multifamily, and self-storage, which are supported by long-term structural demand trends. These sectors have proven resilient throughout market fluctuations and continue to attract institutional capital seeking stable returns in commercial real estate.

"As real estate markets move into the early stages of recovery, our confidence is fueled by the increase in long-term structural demand across our high-conviction New Economy sectors," said Julie Solomon, Head of Ares Real Estate. The firm has already identified or deployed approximately $1.1 billion of initial investments across both strategies, signaling early momentum in capital deployment that positions Ares to capitalize on emerging opportunities in supply-constrained markets.
