Ardian has launched an evergreen European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF) giving private investors access to its $45bn infrastructure strategy. The Luxembourg-domiciled fund, Ardian Access Infrastructure ELTIF, offers a minimum ticket of €10,000 and invests directly and indirectly via secondaries. It targets energy, digital infrastructure, and transport sectors across developed European markets.

The fund is perpetual with a 99-year term and monthly subscriptions, addressing traditional barriers to individual infrastructure investment. Jan Philipp Schmitz, executive president at Ardian, emphasized making their 20-year track record available to a wider investor base. The strategy is managed by ~80 professionals across eight offices.

Ardian partnered with i Capital for distribution and is authorized by Luxembourg’s CSSF. Carne Global Fund Managers (Luxembourg) acts as AIFM, delegating portfolio management to Ardian France. The product is illiquid and carries capital loss risk.
