Structured as an open-ended vehicle, ASPEN Lux provides monthly subscriptions and quarterly liquidity, with a €100,000 minimum. Available in euro, sterling, and US dollar share classes, it aims to meet growing demand for long-term capital appreciation. This move reflects a broader industry shift toward evergreen structures competing for wealth capital.

Adams Street executives state the fund enables qualified investors in Europe, the UK, and Asia to join its global platform.
