This move positions the New York-based private equity firm, managing approximately $7 billion in assets under management (AUM), to more effectively guide healthcare service providers in adopting AI and technology solutions. The team will focus on identifying and implementing actionable tech projects, addressing a critical need for digital modernization within the healthcare sector.

Berger, who previously spearheaded technology at Amazon Care, will lead the group comprising specialists in AI, data science, cloud computing, and information security.
