Whitevision, backed by Main Capital Partners, has announced its second UK acquisition this year with the purchase of Documation. The deal follows the earlier acquisition of Document Logistix in early 2026, marking the software group’s fifth add‑on purchase and its second in the UK under the investor partnership that began in August 2024.

Documation’s purchase‑to‑pay automation technology expands Whitevision’s document automation portfolio across new sectors and geographies. By integrating Documation’s intelligent document processing software, Whitevision can offer a broader range of automation solutions to clients worldwide.

Main Capital Partners, which manages more than €12bn in assets across a portfolio of over 55 software companies, has supported Whitevision’s growth strategy since August 2024. The acquisition strengthens Whitevision’s position in the document automation market and aligns with the investor’s focus on high‑growth software firms.
