Vybe Urgent Care, backed by NewSpring Capital Partners, has acquired two centers from Liberty Urgent Care, located in Horsham and Hatfield, Pennsylvania. This acquisition increases Vybe's network from 16 to 18 centers in the greater Philadelphia market.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The expansion was facilitated by recent growth-oriented debt financing from Live Oak Bank. Vybe Urgent Care president and CEO Peter Hotz expressed excitement about welcoming the Liberty Urgent Care team and patients, expanding their presence in Montgomery County.

Dr. Erik Soiferman, founder and president of Liberty Urgent Care, will join Vybe as vice president of occupational medicine services. Liberty Urgent Care was established in 2016.
